Wildlove Naturals began from a genuine need. After more than a decade of breeding Border Collies with intention and responsibility, I learned quickly how deeply our dogs are affected by the choices we make inside our homes. I spent years educating myself on nutrition, supplementation, coat health, skin sensitivity, and the environmental factors that quietly influence a dog’s wellbeing. The more I learned, the more I realized something was missing.
We were surrounded by products that claimed to be clean but rarely were. Candles I personally loved were filled with toxins that had no place in a home shared with dogs. Shampoos marketed as “gentle” were full of ingredients I couldn’t justify using on puppies, breeding dogs, or even myself. Cleaners that promised effectiveness carried warnings that made them unsuitable for the spaces where dogs eat, sleep, raise litters, recover, and simply live.
Even the options that appeared “natural” often came with ingredients that raised red flags the moment I researched them. For years, the only shampoo I trusted enough to use consistently was blue Dawn, simply because every commercial product I tried to evaluate came with concerns I couldn’t ignore.
Alongside my work as a breeder, I also run Paw Privilege Rewards for responsible breeders and owners across Canada. Through that network, I heard the same frustrations echoed by countless breeders and families: they wanted products that were safe, transparent, and truly clean. They wanted scents that wouldn’t compromise the health of their dogs, shampoos that were gentle enough for puppies, and cleaners they could rely on without introducing harsh chemicals into their homes.
Wildlove Naturals was created to answer that need. I wanted to build a line of products I would confidently use in my own home, on my own dogs, and around my own litters. A line grounded in transparency, safety, and purpose — not marketing trends or shortcuts.
Today, Wildlove Naturals offers a growing collection of pet-safe essentials. Our liquid shampoo is clean, balanced, and gentle enough for six-week-old puppies. Our candles bring warmth and beautiful fragrance into the home without compromising air quality. Our cleaners are effective yet safe for daily use in living spaces, grooming areas, and whelping environments. Every product is created in small batches, made with ingredients chosen carefully and intentionally, and crafted with the same standard of care I bring to my breeding program.
