Wildlove Naturals Refund & Return Policy

At Wildlove Naturals, every product is crafted in small batches with care, using gentle, puppy-safe ingredients and premium materials. We genuinely want you to love your purchase — and we also need to protect the integrity of our small business.

This policy is designed to be reasonable, fair, and aligned with how other high-quality Canadian pet brands structure their returns.


Refunds & Returns

Unopened / Unused Items

We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be in original condition and packaging.

Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method (excluding shipping).


Opened or Used Products

Due to the nature of grooming and home-care products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items for sanitary and safety reasons.

However, we’re committed to making sure you’re happy.

If you’re not satisfied with the performance of a product:

Please reach out within 7 days of delivery, and we will work with you to find a solution.
This may include:

Suggestions on how to get the best results

A discount on a future purchase

A one-time replacement if the product was defective or damaged

We reserve the right to request photos or additional information to fairly assess the issue.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue.
We will replace the affected item(s) at no cost to you.


Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the error was ours (wrong product sent, damage caused in transit, etc.).


Final Sale Items

The following are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

Seasonal or holiday items

Sale or clearance products

Custom bundles or limited-edition releases

Digital files (if ever applicable)


Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase as long as they have not entered production or shipping. After that window, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
