Refunds & Returns Unopened / Unused Items We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method (excluding shipping). Opened or Used Products Due to the nature of grooming and home-care products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items for sanitary and safety reasons. However, we’re committed to making sure you’re happy. If you’re not satisfied with the performance of a product: Please reach out within 7 days of delivery, and we will work with you to find a solution.
